We are looking for a Project and People Assistant Manager/ Manager with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention for details.If you secure this position you will be supporting the pharmaceutical society in operationalising, expanding and diversifying programs and workshops, manage the books and secretariat staff management in their day to day operations.
Key responsibilties:
- Oversight and leadership to a team of secretariat staff, financial transactions in the form of fees from courses and revenue from donors or sponsors.
- Administrative guidance and support for teh Council, chapters and committees
- Staffing and resources for organised events, including but not limited to : Monthly council meetings, the Singapore Pharmacy Congress and Pharmacy week.
Requirement:
- Diploma or tertiary qualification
- Min 5 years of work experience
- Experience in leading team will be advantageous
- Work experience in healthcare education, training or sectors is advantageuos
