Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial goals.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry-specific financial practices.
