Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties, including attending to all incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide admin support for the operation and HR fields.
- Preparation and perform government-related transactions/submissions such as work pass administration, foreign worker levy waiver, licenses, etc.
- Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations via EPOL and WPOL, including purchasing security bonds and managing foreign worker quotas.
- Handle worker training arrangements (core trade and other courses/licenses).
- Handling of employees' grievances.
- Procure office stationery, business cards, and company stamps.
- Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level certification in any field.
- Min of 2 years of working experience.
- Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Diligent and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
