Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle ERP, Oracle Financials, and SCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, SQL, and PL/SQL development, along with experience in financial and supply chain modules. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the business processes by providing technical and functional guidance, resolving production issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation, development, and support for Fusion modules including AP (Accounts Payable), PO (Purchase Orders), Payments, GL (General Ledger), Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS), and Tax.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end processes for one or more of the following: P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), PTM (Plan to Manufacture), Inter-company, Consolidation, and O2C (Order to Cash).
- Develop and maintain custom SQL, PL/SQL scripts, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
- Create and enhance reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Perform Oracle Fusion patch analysis, system testing, and risk management related to patches.
- Integrate and manage tax solutions with Vertex (preferred) and other third-party systems.
- Support integrations with 3PL (Third Party Logistics), contract manufacturers, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) partners, and banks.
- Troubleshoot production incidents by conducting root cause analysis and resolving issues within SLAs.
- Provide support for the period-close process and resolve technical issues encountered during month-end or year-end financial closings.
- Collaborate with technical teams and functional stakeholders to ensure efficient business processes.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and productivity.
- Participate in technical discussions and reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and process improvements.
- Create, monitor, and manage project work plans, ensuring on-time delivery within defined quality standards.
- Minimize exposure to project risks by submitting timely status reports and assisting with issue escalation.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of overall experience with Oracle ERP.
- Minimum 2+ years working with Oracle Financials and SCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: AP, PO, Payments, GL, AGIS, and Tax.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Fusion tables, views, and setups.
- Proficiency in creating integrations, reports, and interfaces within Oracle Fusion.
- Strong knowledge of one or more business processes: P2P, R2R, PTM, Inter-company, Consolidation, O2C.
- Experience with tax integration tools such as Vertex.
- Proficiency in working with third-party logistics systems, contract manufacturers, EDI partners, and banks.
- Ability to debug integrations of custom tools.
- Experience in Oracle patch analysis and risk reporting.
- Ability to support period-end close activities and provide incident resolution within SLAs.
- Strong communication and technical discussion skills.
- Ability to work in a global delivery environment.
- Experience working in global delivery environments and with geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion system architecture and its components.
- Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills.
