Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Equity and Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage (EQPB/FXPB) clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational matters, and acting as the client's advocate to ensure their needs are met.
· The main focus is to provide operational and client service support, ensuring client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
· Responsibilities include managing the full trade lifecycle, from trade capture and exception handling to credit approval, trade matching, and position reconciliation across downstream systems.
· Coordinating with internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US to provide seamless coverage and support for global clients.
· Collaborate with Prime Brokerage Account Management and Sales teams to deliver analysis and regular broker reviews.
· Conduct in-person demonstrations of client interface systems.
· Offer support for new products and markets as needed.
· Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency
· Generate client and management reporting metrics.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 6 years of client services related experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
