Timezone Singapore is now looking for venue team leaders who have solid experience working in Retail/F&B/Hospitality/Tourism-related industries. An incredible opportunity to be involved and contribute to our expansion!



What do you do?

  • Responsible for daily venue operations, achieving venue sales and profitability and ensuring
    every guest receives great service experience
  • Work with Operations Manager on venue objectives and KPIs
  • Analyse the sales, KPIs and propose action plan on a regular basis
  • Coach employees in all aspects of systems and operations including guest service standards and venue presentation.
  • Communicate and ensure that the team is aware of all the brand promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Be accountable for cost management and reconcile all cashier takings and monies
  • Manage and resolve any guest’s complaints/ feedback
  • Maintain a high level of motivation and ensure the team is dedicated to offer the best guest service
  • Provide constructive feedback and constantly provide coaching to the team for improvement
  • Monitor the stock inventory process to minimize shrinkage and accuracy in stock management
  • Plan and prepare weekly duty roster according to daily traffic
  • Maintain employee turnover and absenteeism
  • Conduct annual individual performance review of your team
  • Log any incidents required by the business.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a large retail environment, in a supervisory role.
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Integrity and a great sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a large team of full-timers and part-timers.
  • Take initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer skills and knowledge to operate the systems and company softwares.

Other Information:

  • Working Days: Mon – Sun (2 off days in a week)
  • Familiar with shift hours (typically 10am to 6pm or 3pm to 11pm)
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays
  • You will be given 1 Fri, 1 Sat, and 1 Sun off per month, the other off days will be mostly on off-peak weekdays
