Role Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic event manager with a proactive attitude to oversee internal and external events, aiming to boost client loyalty and elevate our brand experience. Responsibilities include researching and booking venues, coordinating event calendars, negotiating vendor contracts, aiding in event marketing, managing budgets and timelines, networking, and ensuring events meet objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, with a knack for on-the-spot problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing client relations and brand image through creative event execution.
Role Responsibilities
- Spearheading sales initiatives
- Generating and implementing event plans and concepts
- Directing budgeting and invoicing processes
- Negotiating and coordinating with vendors
- Supervising logistical arrangements
- Reporting updates to senior management
- Facilitating communication with key stakeholders
- Securing permits and licensing as required
- Completing post-event reporting
- Managing event timelines
- Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Communications, or Hospitality
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with 3D Max or candidates from a graphic design / creative background will be hugely advantageous
- Strong communication and marketing aptitude
- Proven project management expertise

- Proficient in multitasking
- Demonstrated proficiency in time management
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft office and various event software such as Autocad, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
