Job Descriptions:
- Provide frontline assistance to staff, students and public, through emails, phone calls and over the counter.
- To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the administration department and school events
- Provide administrative support for school events.
- Perform any other administrative functions as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels or higher with experience in customer service and administrative work.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both English and Chinese, verbal and written.
- An independent worker and also an excellent team player with passion for service excellence.
- Highly customer oriented and able to multi-task.
