Biz Ops & Strategy team provides 1) critical business insights based on data analytics, 2) leads strategies on global markets and customers' verticals, 3) establishes processes and enablers to support effective day-to-day operations, 4) mobilizes cross functional teams to achieve the company's growth goals. The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst would assist to drive the company's business growth strategies, design and implement those strategies with cross-functional team leadership, and lead the development of solutions to complex and ambiguous business challenges by leveraging diverse analytical, strategic and operational approaches. You will closely interact with company leadership and other functional leaders across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance etc.) to ensure the execution and implementation of those solutions.
In addition, you will closely work with our global and regional GTM leadership (Sales, Account Manager, Marketing) to lead sales strategy and operations work including targeting, incentives, quarterly goals, market intelligence, operational and organization structure. You will be engaged with multiple cross-functional operational excellence projects including pricing structure, operating model redesign, process improvement & system implementation.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute regional strategy, portfolio strategy and product strategy to expedite the company's fast growth
- Continuously engage with regional new business opportunities by conducting feasibility studies of those opportunities and prioritizing them based on our capabilities
- Closely engage with the company leadership and key cross-functional leaders, evangelizing the team's work and influencing changes
- Measure the impact of our regional sales teams' activities and translate insights into recommendations for how to prioritize and optimize sales operations and activities
- Closely work with global and regional sales team leadership as a trusted advisor to guide on their daily operations to increase efficiency and impact of revenue
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics and strategy for organizations
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems
- Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational lines and borders
- Capable of synthesizing data and analysis results into business recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Ad tech, Management Consulting, Investment Banking experience
- Familiarity with PPT, Excel, SQL, R, Salesforce, Dashboard and other relevant tech stacks
