Job Duties
- Check and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improvement Works
- Prepare, call and administer the various tenders for the routine maintenance works, services and supplies
- Provide advice on the selection of suitable contractors / specialists for routine maintenance works, services and supplies
- Monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to contractors / suppliers
Requirements
- Recognised university degree in Estate Management / Building or recognised qualifications
- Good experience in maintenance contracts
- Good Team player
- Good problem solver
