Job Responsibilities
• To provide daily client service for our transaction banking products
• To conduct investigation into client’s issue working with other stakeholders
• To be responsible for end-to-end process of customer on-boarding
• To cross sell and expand client’s usage of our transaction banking products
Job Requirements
· University degree or equivalent
· Preferably with relevant banking experience and/or experience in the provision of client support
· Relevant knowledge in transaction banking client service
· Relevant knowledge in internet banking platform
· Good communication skills and Japanese speaking is preferred as the incumbent will need to communicate with the Japanese corporate clients whose main communication language is Japanese.
· Analytical, good presentation skills and service oriented.
