Responsibilities:
- Sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices to support manufacturing operations and inventory accuracy.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and support technical sourcing based on project requirements
- Issue purchase orders
- Manage the approved vendor list which includes assessing supplier performance.
- Manage the shipping schedules and custom clearances of purchased materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience working in the procurement department in an operations and manufacturing field
- The ability to understand basic engineering principles
- Proficient in SAP.
- Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.
