Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all coordination between client and ORS from the start to completion of a projects (M&E and Building A&A works).
- Coordinate between design, planning, project manange with main contractor on site, according to allocated budget and timeline.
- Prepare project update report.
- Follow up on progress claim
- Prepare quotation and autocad drawing
- Sourcing for parts and project required resources
- Site coordination
- To attend site meeting with clients
Pre-Qualifications :
- BCA or Polytechnic qualifications in Building and Construction/ Electrical / M&E /QS or FM
- 2 to 3 years experience is prefered
- Independent, high integrity, organized with positive work attitude, safety minded and awareness
- Good communication skill
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Familary with Schedule of Rates
