Responsibilities includes:
- Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
- Monitors the performance of the department and individual employees
- Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees
- Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- A responsible team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Good knowledge, technique and passion for food and beverage.
- Relevant experience preferred.
