Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Director, taking charge of the initial planning and strategic development for launching a new F&B coffee shop chain.
- Manage profit and loss forecasting for overall business operations, analyze market trends, and create business plans to support expansion and growth.
- Oversee the preparation and daily operations of F&B chain restaurants, including revenue and cost management, staff management, procurement, marketing, and customer service.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness by developing efficient processes, supervising employees, fostering a motivating work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Maintain adherence to company standards for excellence and quality.
- Provide guidance and feedback to help team members strengthen their skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements:
- General Manager must collaborate closely with the Director in Singapore and have knowledge of local dialects.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing F&B group restaurants in Singapore.
- Possess a food entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
- Resourceful, consultative, and engaging in business evaluation.
- Proven ability to achieve organizational objectives and goals.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
