Jobscope:
- Plan merchandise launches and promotions, and set pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with Japan to ensure timely stock delivery.
- Forecast sales, manage budgets, and analyze sales performance.
- Implement promotion strategies, seasonal changes, and product launches.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales, gross profit, and turnover to create merchandise action plans.
- Take corrective actions for slow-moving merchandise and maximize sales of fast-selling items.
- Collaborate with Store Operations Team on stock levels and aged merchandise.
- Work with Visual Merchandising Team on merchandise display.
- Monitor and implement effective inventory control to reduce stock holding costs.
- Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to support purchasing objectives.
Requirements:
- Possess with minimum Diploma in related fields.
- Candidate with hands-on experience, strong fashion sense, and experience in similar capacity (Retail industry) will have added advantage.
- Able to start work in short period.
