Responsibilities:
- Main administrator on company's in-house training
- Assist, monitor and measure completion of e-learning
- Pre & post training operation, including arrange schedule, prepare courseware, coordinate with relevant parties, issuance of certificate
- Maintain & update Training policies, SOP, flow chats, training calendar && training materials
- Review & analyse training reports and suggest on improvement & action plans
- Follow up on mentorship, performance appraisal and staff career planning progression
Requirements :
- Candidates with ACTA/ ACLP is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of training administrative experience
