Responsibilities
- Planning and supervision of the on-site staff and daily operations including scheduling and manning of the team.
- Conduct on the job training of new member(s), escalation of complex cases and suggest improvement to work processes.
- Ensuring the on-site staffs’ job requirements are completed on time and as per requirements.
- Prepare quarterly reports
- Prepare and update business continuity plan to ensure provision of services continue during both civil and national emergencies.
- Participate in the department’s table-top and scenario-based exercises such as fire drills as well as in event of fire emergency.
- Check to ensure all Sports Facilities and other Facilities are operationally ready at the stipulated time.
- To act as a support to team member locating at different offices within the premises to ensure that there are sufficient manpower manning the ground and to resolve any potential issue.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering / Facilities / Sports Sciences or other relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in supervisory role in facilities and operation management
- Possess of valid First Aid certification (CPF + AED)
- Candidate must be comfortable to handle manual logistic work between floors without lift access and may weigh up to 10 kilos.
- Experience in writing of simple report
- Confident in working with minimum supervision
- Comfortable in using of MS office application
