Job Scope:
- Plan and oversee renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Schedule and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Review and approve renovation plans and designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project.
- Communicate progress and updates to clients regularly.
Requirements:
- Diploma in construction management or equivalent
- Relevant experience will be added advantage
