Job Responsibilities
- Support the Purchasing department in ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- Facilitate procurement process from PO issuance, sourcing, handling quotations & supplier management
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines on purchasing policies and relevant government’s regulations
- Resolve issues with vendors promptly
- Maintain and update purchasing document/records
- Responsible for local and overseas sourcing, complete ordering processing, checking price and RFQ process
- Other administrative work as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Possess MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
