This ideal candidate will partner with our prospective clients to establish, follow-up, develop and maintain business and customer relationships. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads.
- Find and maintain prospective clients.
- Provide general technical support to clients.
- Prepare tender/quotation for submission, attend tender interviews and all other follow-up actions as required.
- Achieve sales target.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for tender bidding/quotations.
- Manage sales activities, including but not limited to sales presentation, attend site survey/show round and contract negotiation.
- Provide timely reports and status updates on projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (verbal/written).
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Relationship management and openness to feedback.
- Sound business acumen.
- Excellent team player.
- Positive attitude and a desire to promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Relevant experience from the same industry preferred.
