Responsibilties:
• Accountability for the achievement of budget, schedule and quality
• Particular emphasis on environmental and safety issues
• Project management including establishing and maintaining the project program and coordinating
construction activities
• Resolution of technical issues and ensuring construction works complies to the required technical standards
• Able to collaborate effectively to mitigate and resolve all identified issues
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
At least 8-10 year(s) of project management experience for large-scale buidling projects is required for this position.
Good knowledge of local authorities’ requirement.
