Position Overview:
As the Clinic Manager at Elyx Health, you will be responsible for the overall management of our premium longevity clinic, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of care to our elite clientele. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee clinic operations, and ensure that every aspect of the patient experience reflects the luxury and excellence of the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring that all processes and procedures are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Patient Experience: Ensure that every patient interaction aligns with Elyx Health's commitment to exceptional service and personalised care, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Clinical Oversight: Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, individualised care plans, and oversee the implementation of advanced health assessments and treatments.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce protocols to maintain the clinic’s high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
- Patient Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with a preference for experience in a luxury or concierge healthcare environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with ultra high net worth clients and staff.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical operations, preferably with a background in longevity or high-end healthcare services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management or business administration are a plus.
