Project Engineer
Scope of responsibility
- Project management of network and system implementation, configuration, commissioning, documentation
- Provide pre and post sales technical support to sales team, customers and partners on Wireless, Network, Security, systems and storage
- Installation and Configuration of wifi, wired switches, firewall, SASE, GPON for data centres, core, distribution, edge networks, servers, storage, cloud
- Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required
- Plan improvement and suggest solutions to reduce network and system faults
- Manage and proactively monitor network and systems for optimumperf ormance
- Service level improvement on Network and systems through design change, monitoring improvement and capacity management
- Provide level 1&2 support as and when required
- Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution
- Diploma or Fresh graduate with up to 3 years’ experience in implementing Networking, Wireless, or systems and storage
- Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches, firewall architecture
- PMP & ITIL certification
- Good project management, configuration, troubleshooting skills
- Good customer interaction, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels, and ability to work and contribute in a team or individually
- Attractive salary commensurate with experience. Able to start work immediately with short notice.
