We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountantto manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and ensuring the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting tasks, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Handle tax submissions and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
