Mon to Fri from 7am to 3 pm
Job Description:
- To maintain in-patient and outpatient pantry supplies
- To work with nurse-in charge on forecasting of medical supplies needed
- To conduct inventory on medical and chemical consumables as required
- To liaise and discusses with dietician
- To perform other administrative duties, as assigned, to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Relevant administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.
