Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinating the equipment servicing & warranty claims for the welding equipment.
- Analyse equipment malfunctions and failures trends and accordingly develop corrective actions.
- Conducting equipment’s service training, product application training and presentations for distributors & key customers.
- Act as primary contact for equipment performance & liaise with overseas factories & distributors/key customers regularly.
- To visit end users for conducting discovery work, service trainings, demo & troubleshooting for the products.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing departments to support voice of customers activities, understanding needs and making product value propositions.
- Stay Involved in Welding Technical centre’s day to day activities like welding procedure development, productivity/quality comparison analysis and new product developments.
- Coordinate with sales team to improve effectiveness of after-sales support services including distributors services for better end user experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s engineering degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in electrical or welding field.
- Excellent understanding of solid-state component’s functioning & testing, & well versed in reading electrical circuit diagrams. Having experience in welding automation is a plus point.
- Highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Up to 30% travel required around SEA countries.
