Summary:
Provide HR Operations and Benefits advisory and support across Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of our global benefits programs including but not limited to providing clear end-to-end process operation framework, leading benefits program implementation and communication, maintaining benefits system and policy portals, addressing benefits-related questions from employees, conducting employee surveys as well as ensuring consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day-to-day basis
- Administering benefits, leave of absence (LOA), and workers’ compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to management and ensuring that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse
- Conducting audits of benefits packages and policies to ensure that the company’s processes are compliant and support in Regional BIK reporting
- Partner with COE to work on compensation and benefits projects or programs and to deliver training and benefits program updates, to ensure benefits awareness among HR professionals and employees about changes to the benefits and tax implications
- Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders
- Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with potential alternative / solution
- Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors such as brokers and health providers
- Dare to step out of your comfort zone by going beyond your role and responsibilities and find effective workarounds and solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ HR experience
- Preferably with Global experience of at least 3 to 5 countries in the recent employment
- Solid knowledge of benefits insurance renewal process and hands on in enrollment process and local reporting
- Strong passion for HR Operations and Benefits, someone who enjoys ideating solutions and seek challenges yet be detail oriented, and manage confidentiality
- Excellent analytical skills to research and evaluate benefits programs to make informed choices
- Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and be proactive and understands general HR policies, current best practice, work visa procedures and current best practice overseas regions and present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to managers and employees
- Communicate and bring up issues efficiently with clarity, has a customer service mindset and portray strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable team player, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure
