- Duration: 3 months, extendable/convertible
- Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)
- Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
- Adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
- Organized, meticulous and proactive
