- Position: Accounts Executive (Full sets AR/AP/ Bank Recon/GST) - Up to $4200
- Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT: Marine Parade)
- Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + Performance Bonus (Past year up to 2 months Bonus) + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable and payable functions
- Perform daily bank reconciliation
- Submit expense claims on behalf of CEO and COO
- Conduct quarterly checks on commissions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audit processes and GST filing
- Perform any other accounting and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounting
