Job Scope
- To update the policies, procedures, master lists and work instructions prior to sending to Group Quality System Manager for review or approval.
- To support the Group Quality System Manager in preparation of quality documents for internal/external audits as and when required.
- To update the QuESH policy and objectives as and when required, e.g. waste management monitoring, safety data collection.
- To consolidate pest control reports and submit to Group Quality System Manager for review or approval; and follow up with internal parties for any pest issues until proper closure.
- To support workplace safety and fire safety inspections with Safety Officer and Fire Safety Manager and guide/monitor the business unit to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- To update existing datasheets into internal system and monitor its effectiveness.
- To undertake projects and additional duties assigned by the Management.
Requirement
- Diploma in Quality Management System / Engineering and above
- 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environment (printing/packaging, kitting/assembly, document control, logistics activities etc.)
