Retail Associate (Duty Free - Wine & Spirits)
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a team handling a portfolio of brands:
- Deliver quality customer service and promote Spirits to customers within the transit area of Changi Airport
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in packing of purchases
- Ensure proper housekeeping of shelves
- Perform stocking and inventory tracking at designated stores
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Working Hours
- Day Shifts (start at 7am or 3pm)
- Rotating shifts (will need to work on weekends and public holidays if rostered)
Salary Package
- Basic + Personal Commission + Team Bonuses (upon achievement of KPIs)
Requirements
- Prior sales and frontline experiences are required
- Able to commit to shift work
