- Position: Payroll Executive
- Location: Pandan Road (Nearest MRT - Clementi/Jurong East)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Logistics service
Main Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time (around 100 headcount)
- Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines
- Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance, employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation
- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
