Job Summary:
· 5 days’ work week
· Salary up to S$2,700
· Locations – Orchard
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist and support administrative tasks for Account department for example filing and data entry.
· Complete the banking forms and gather documents to the bank for change of bank signatories.
· Assist with Ad-hoc administrative task inclusive but not limited to the following (scanning and saving of documents to shared drive, routing documents for signing, arranging for courier of documents)
Job Requirement:
· Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude
· Proficient with Ms Office
· Prior basic AP knowledge is advantageous
