Responsibilities

  • Regional Operations Strategy: Develop and implement a regional operations strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and strategy.
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within the region to ensure efficient warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations. Manage and optimize warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage regional team members to ensure effective team operation and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to the team, enhancing morale and job satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators, identify and resolve operational issues. Develop and implement performance improvement plans to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise and manage regional inventory to ensure appropriate inventory levels, avoiding overstocking or shortages.
  • Financial Management: Develop and control the regional operations budget, conduct cost analysis, and control expenses. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that regional operations comply with local regulations and company policies, conducting necessary compliance checks. Manage safety and environmental standards to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects within the region, ensuring timely completion and achievement of expected outcomes. Manage project budgets and resources, resolving issues during project execution.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report operational status to senior management, including performance data, issues, and improvement plans. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments and teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, Business Management or relevant field.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience and 5 years managerial experience in this field.
  • Able to liaise with China HQ.
