Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on system cutovers, setup, and configuration
- Coordinate with stores and IT departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Review existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities; develop and implement test plans
- Create and execute test plans for migration testing
- Participate in end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining proper documentation, and assist with ad-hoc UAT tasks or project rollouts
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides, and provide training to support the implementation of changes and new functions
- Offer on-site support during go-live phases as needed, and escalate issues for resolution if stores encounter problems
- Ensure timely execution of planned tasks and adherence to schedules
- Respond promptly to production issues, follow up on resolutions, determine root causes, implement corrective and preventive measures, and deploy fixes to permanently resolve issues
- Oversee daily operational support for business systems, such as SAP
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Information Systems
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP Retail is a plus, but candidates should be comfortable working with various backend information systems
- Proficient in Excel
- Outgoing with a strong interest in learning new skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable to changes and new technologies
