Royal Ocean Marine is on the lookout for a dedicated Boarding Officer to join our esteemed maritime operations team. The Boarding Officer will be entrusted with the critical role of ensuring that all vessels adhere to governmental regulations and industry standards while entering and departing from the port. This position demands vigilance, strong observational skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a busy port environment.

Role:
- Oversee vessels’ arrival and departure procedures (Singapore).
- Manage cargo documentation, invoices, and shipments.
- Arrange and coordinate the supply of goods and services to vessels, including:
- Receiving documents, stores, and spares from vessels.
- Delivering documents, stores, and spares to vessels.
- Organizing transportation for personnel to and from vessels.
- Coordinating pilotage and tug services.
- Supplying necessary items to vessels.
- Handling the distribution of crew salaries.
- Monitor and update stakeholders on vessels’ daily activities.
- Organize and coordinate additional port operations and services.
- Assist the Operations Manager.
- Attend to various projects and tasks as assigned.
- Must be highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle tight schedules and unexpected events.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people.
- Able to balance paperwork with on-site work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available on short notice as required.
- Diploma in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or a related field.
