The Trade-In promoter will be responsible for promoting and facilitating smartphone trade-ins at key events. This role involves direct customer engagement, facilitating smooth trade-in transactions, and ensuring promotional materials are visible and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade-In Process Support:
- Assist store teams with conducting diagnostics tests for customer trade-ins.
- Facilitate smooth interactions between customers and staff during the trade-in process.
Customer Engagement & Education:
- Actively approach and engage with visitors to educate them on the trade-in offers and process.
- Highlight the benefits of the trade-in program and encourage participation.
- Address customer inquiries and guide them step-by-step through the process.
Promotional Material Management:
- Ensure all trade-in promotional materials are prominently displayed and well-maintained.
- Distribute flyers and promotional content to attract potential customers.
