EHS Lead / WSH Manager
Job Scope:
- Lead the EHS department and develop, implement, and maintain the EHS Management System
- Ensure legal compliance, conduct inspections and audits, and manage contractors from an EHS perspective
- Investigate incidents, review risk assessments, and drive EHS culture
- Conduct safety checks, ensure fire protection and emergency response readiness, and promote safe working conditions
- Liaise with statutory bodies, conduct training, and update management on EHSS performance
Requirement:
- Relevant qualification in Workplace, Safety, and Health
- 7 years of experience in the Construction Engineering Industry
- Strong technical competency, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues in other business units
