Job scope
· Manage a team of Spa Therapists by assisting the Manager to work out the work schedule as well as general maintenance and up keep of the Spa,
· Provide professional advice on treatment packages and products to customers
· Check on the work ethics and regularly check the skills of the new therapists and training process,
· Demonstrate excellent communication and good customer service skills
· Assist at the front desk when necessary and handle administrative work (if needed)
· Team work to improve systems and procedures to enhance customers experience and achieve the company's goals
· Assists other team members as needed and perform all other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time, Day off only on week days
