Service Engineer
· The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.
· Responsible for testing, maintaining, and supporting medical devices and other products.
· Experience working with capital equipment: X-ray machines, MRI machines or Other medical imaging devices
Responsibilities:
· Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of medical devices to ensure safety, reliability, and effectiveness.
· Maintenance and Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for existing medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
· Technical Support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to operate independently and drive results.
· Communication: Possess good customer skills and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
· Documentation: Maintain proper, detailed technical documentation, completing and submitting all work-related paperwork clearly and on time.
Requirement:
· Diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device field.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in LASER medical equipment; NEA N3 Licence is a plus.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
