They are a leading events management agency with a track record of successful end-to-end execution of large-scale regional events in Singapore and are now looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic and fun-loving team!

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Direct and manage the construction of extensive temporary structures, ensuring all project phases are executed according to the plan, timeline, and budget.
- Vendor Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with third-party contractors and vendors. Monitor their performance to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Site Management: Oversee all site operations, including safety, groundworks, and construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control procedures to guarantee that all construction work meets required standards and specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and compliance checks. Prepare and present detailed updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any project-related issues or challenges promptly to minimize impact on the project timeline and deliverables.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Project Sign-Off: Oversee the final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure that all project deliverables meet agreed specifications and requirements. Provide formal sign-off upon successful completion of UAT.
Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years’ events project management experience, with a proven track record in supervising large-scale projects and managing third-party contractors
- Education qualification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
- Good communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
