Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at FOZL, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill open positions.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from different industry or same industry to ensure alignment with organization’s hiring goals.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach to source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage the interview process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Branding teams to promote company as an employer of choice, leveraging digital platforms and events to attract potential candidates.
  • Assist in crafting competitive offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with organization's compensation strategy.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience as they transition into the company.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles through proactive networking and relationship-building.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive salary benchmarks to inform recruitment decisions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within corporate services, consulting, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinking in attracting and engaging candidates.
