Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive providing a full-set of accounting and able to start work immediately.

1) Financial Management:

1. Review the financial policy framework to recommend changes.
2. Ensure accounts are properly maintained, reported and audited.
3. Prepare the Organization’s monthly report in a timely manner.
4. Plan, prepare and monitor the organization's budget.
5. Assist Supervisor with the preparation of the year-end financial audit.
6. Prepare relevant invoices and ensure prompt collection.
7. Ensure timely issuance of donation receipts.
8. Ensure timely submission of the Tax-Deductible Receipts to IRAS.
9. Ensure timely payments to vendors and staff as necessary.
10. Maintain the petty cash float and its disbursements.
11. Review and recommend financial management improvements.
12. Coordinate meetings with the Executive Director.
13. Liaise with approved external parties on financial related matters including auditors, MSF, etc.

2) Vendors’ Management

1. Evaluate and review performance of the Organization's Vendors.
2. Maintain and update the Vendor database.
3. Ensure that Vendor selection and processes are aligned with the Organization's SOP.
4. Ensure all documents are properly supported and filed.

3. Grant & Donor Administrator

1. Update and maintain Donation listing.
2. Prepare the monthly donation report in a timely manner.
3. Source, propose, prepare and submit grant applications and monitor the grant application status.
4. Monitor the utilization of the grant/donation and provide information on grant/donation status to relevant parties.
