Job Responsibilities
- Plan work schedule, resources (manpower, material, equipment) and execute project
- Regular communication with project stakeholders to coordinate site works
- Execute project in accordance with workplan and construction drawings with no compromise on quality and safety
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Establish success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Identify and ensure awareness of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan. - Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
Ensure prompt invoicing and monitor the project financial status.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or in related fields.
- Preferably 4-5 years relevant experience in construction industry
Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful.
Proactive in solving client’s issues. - Competent in AutoCAD , STAAD Pro .
