The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
  • Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
  • Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters.
  • Liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.
  • Maintaining and updating companies’ statutory registers, filing of certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions in compliance with the respective statutory requirements of each jurisdiction.
  • Performing related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field
  • Minimum Diploma, or Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

The following is a plus:

  • Knowledge of BizFile and XBRL will be a plus.
