We hope to hire candidates who strive for technical competence and have a keen interest to excel in client service for the position of Corporate Secretarial Executive or Assistant.
Requirements/Job Description:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Candidates with no relevant experience but have completed or are currently pursuing CGI will also be considered
- Good writing and communication skills in English
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
- Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and any other statutory documents
- Update and maintain statutory records of clients and ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns or forms with relevant authorities
- Liaise with clients and all other relevant authorities in connection with corporate secretarial matters
- Perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by management from time to time
