Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish partnerships and collaborations with industry leaders to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree in Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial and business management principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.
