Company Overview: IDSUD Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing renewable energy / solar PV company committed to excellence. We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance Executive. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both financial management and administrative functions within the organization.


Responsibilities:


Accounting and Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections.
  • Handle payroll processing, tax compliance, and other financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, leave balances, and attendance.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and well-being.

General Office Support:

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document management.
  • Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with basic HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
