Our client an MNC Data center company is looking for an Account Payable for a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Cash management including managing accounts payable and employee expense claims
- Working alongside other finance team members to process the group's invoices up to 1,000 in a month.
- Responsible for handling vendor payment inquiries
- Managing the payment process in our APAC bank accounts and ensuring payments are cleared promptly
- Assist in the improvement of finance processes and controls, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a Tech/ Data Centre company.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus – not a must-to-have
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail
- Enjoy being challenged and working in a fun team-oriented environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
